After Lunch, Dinner there is a gas problem in my stomach. My Age is 54. What is the remedy?

Hi, you can have soluble fiber half hour before lunch and dinner. Eat atleast 3 hrs before you go to bed. Drink buttermilk instead of milk in the night. Eat atleast 1 fruit a day. Drink 6-8 glasses of water thru the day.
