I have anxiety disorder and panic disorder since 10 yrs. I am taking zaptra Ls 12.5 since 2 yr. Is it safe? I have mainly white coat hypertension. My B.P increases at the doctor chamber and pulse increases. Also at the time of any medical test. It becomes a fobia. Pls suggest what to do to overcome this fear.
