I have had trouble sleeping for the past three years ever since being diagnosed with an iron deficiency. I also dealt with vitamin d deficiency. I have used medication like benadryl and melatonin to sleep. It helps at timed, but i'm just 26, and want to work on improving natural sleep patterns. What can I do?

Do not go for sedatives at ths age try to sleep by listening sum good meditational sleep music which will certainly relax your mind and try to be positive aoubt life.
