I am on regular evening walk on an average of 4 kms daily since last August 2017 with mild diet control. I started with 96 kg of body weight which reduced up to 91.5 kg which again rise and today it is 96.2 kg. Since 15 June 2018 to 15 Sept 2018 evening walk could not be performed. Sir why I unable to loose my weight sufficiently?
