I was not getting proper sleep 5 days, without even sleeping for a minute despite taking xanax propranolol and some other antidepressants. I have barrett's esophagus and was recently told by my doctor that I have severe anxiety, depression and sleep apnea. Kindly advise me what to do? I just want to sleep.
