I am a pcod patient having irregular menstrual for which I am prescribed to take Crisanta. This month 21 days of crisanta finished on 1st dec and my periods had started on 4th dec which ended on 8 th dec. From 9th dec again 21 days course of crisanta has to be started .which I took on 9 and 10 then I forgot to take from 11 onwards. And on 14th of December my periods has again started. What should I do now?
