Exposure to benzodiazepines (lonazep) is not an indication for a termination of the pregnancy. In cases of abuse or long-term treatment with high dosages during first trimester, a detailed fetal anatomical ultrasound examination should be offered. Since you have stopped and only very less dose (0.25 mg)has been used, no reason to worry.
