40 yrs, male, sitting job, some tension by job and family problems, food- rice and roti, living in Coimbatore for 1 yrs, 3 month before right chest pain for only 1 day after that ok, 10 day before doctor diagnosis my report Uric acid- 8.2/ total cholesterol-240/ Hdl-52/ Ldl- 84/ Triglycerides- 520/ Total cholesterol/Hdl ratio-4.6/ thyroid T3- 1.15/ T4-10.90/. TSH- 6.61, Lipase-106/ S Amylase-106. Prescribed medicines- (1) Veltop DSR (2) Rozavel F (3) Febuget40 (4) savior-o suspension (5) Thyronorm 25 mcg. For 4 months. But I don't want to take medicine for 4 months. Have you any other suggestions.

Improve your diet, and stop depending on Drs for reassurances. Triglycerides are made in liver from rice roti sugar etc. Take more traditional health foods like butter non veg nuts etc.
