I couldn't able to eat ice cream and even couldn't drink chilled water because of sensitivity of my teeth what should I do to get rid of this? please advice.

For severe sensitivity of teeth you can start using a desensitizing tooth paste and mouth wash. if this doesn't subside after this the only option is to go for root canal treatment
