Irritating Thoughts are continuously coming in my mind. Some examples are :- Sometimes I think if I think bad about god what will happen? And I continuously think something bad but I don't want to think so. But I can't stop thinking. :- Sometime I think my life is so boring there is nothing in it and I am start getting depressed and mood was start getting off. :- Sometime I think about diseases and think if I have this disease what should I do? :- Sometime I think about afterlife. This topic irritates me too much. I think what happens about death. Is god present? Is we take birth again or what happens with us? These thoughts are also making impact on my daily activities and work and even sometime they made me cry! Please tell me how I live freely as I live before some days before. After thinking too much fear and panic attacks get started. Is it anxiety? Or OCD? Or what?
