Hello gud evening Sir/Mam Me pregnant hu 11 week kya es time baby complete ho gaya hoga pregnancy ke ketne din baad hume yeh malum ho sakta hai baby complete ho gaya hai baby me koi problem nahi hai yeh ketne time tak ciliear ho jara hai please tell me urgently.

Sonography is also a scanning technique. It has it's limition. So all the congenital anomaly can not be ruled out .but best if you get one anomaly scan on 11 week and second on 16 weeks. Most of the full fetal scanning will be covered.
