I underwent basckom flap surgery for pilonidal sinus 10 months back. Now I am having paresthesia on the flap site. Will it resolve on its own on the long run?

Don't use a nasal decongestant spray for more than 3 days, and don't use a decongestant you take by mouth for more than 7 days. Pain relievers and anti-inflammatory medicine available at supermarkets and drugstores can help ease the pain caused by sinus pressure

Flap surgery after pilondal sinus results in parasthesia. It is normal. Don't bother much.

Some times paresthesia remains there for ever. It does not go away.
