I am a 25 years old female and not a virgin. I used a menstrual cup for the first time after some research. First two days were very convenient with proper insertion of the cup. But at night when I used the heat bag on lower abdomen to heal cramps, after 5 mins I got a severe headache and fever. Is it because the menstrual cup is not suitable for me? I didn't feel any discomfort after wearing the cup.
