Hi, I am a female, 52 years, housewife. I am undergoing heavy blood loss in periods. I am having Hemoglobin - 9.00 gm/dl Serum Calcium - 7.33 mg/dl What will be the treatment? And how much time will it take? And whether can I take patanjali Lohasava for HB? Can you recommend me some fruits and veggies? And what all I have not to take Like anything dairy, tea or something? And sleeplessness twice a day.

Yes you can use lohasav to increase Hb. Ultrasound is necessary to rule out any pathological condition. Till then you can take 2-4 flower buds of ?????/ ??? (Hibiscus) empty stomach early in the morning. But Usg is must. Send usg report.
