Hello, for healthy diet we need to cut down fat and pure carbohydrates from your diet. No fried and preserved food, no chips, farsan, pickles, ghee, red meat (mutton), egg yellow in your diet. Limit dairy products cut down upon oils used to cook food or shift to better oils like olive more of fresh fruits, vegetables, some nuts like walnut / almond, if you take fish, fatty fish like salmon 2-3 serving per week in your diet.
