I am 61. I developed knee pain in left knee about few months ago. Pain occur at a point on the medial side of the knee when I sit on floor with full flexion of knee during prayers. It improves a little when I change the position of of my knee flexion (from full flexing to semi flexion). When I sit longer pain increases and improves less even on position change. It Improves when I apply some anti inflammatory gel or cream but again starts when I again sit in the same position, because during prayers I have to attain that position. For the last few days I also started developing same pain on the RT side at the same spot with the same symptoms. Now I also started feeling pain at the initiation of movement but of Low intensity which somewhat improve after awhile if I go on moving it. Please help me and advise something for the treatment.
