My body fat is 39. My gym instructor said it too much fat. So what should i do to reduce it.. Please advice.

You take high fiber diet like Apple, papaya, cucumber, cabbage in daily diets. You take 4 litre of water every day. Don't take fried foods and outside foods.

Daily exercise along with restricted diet habit can reduce fat. In ayurveda, udhvartanam, virechanam and some oral medicines can reduce your fat. Take low caloric diets, multigrains and plenty of water in routine.

it is always good to reduce fat content through diet. dieting doesnt mean being hungry it means having balanced nutrition and at regular intervals
