Hello, A tight foreskin of penis can result in frenulum tear during sex. Presently you need to take proper rest and let the injury heal by itself. Next thing you have to do is to cure your tight foreskin (also known as phimosis), in order to avoid such circumstances in the future. Its better to consult a Ayurveda sexologist for the same as only Ayurveda can cure it with the help of medicines.
