Hi, I am (55 years, 6 feet and smart physique, weight 80 kgs) from Pakistan. I am suffering from constipation and stomach bloating with rapid heart rate (with no heart disease as such, cleared by cardiologist) for last 2-3 years. I walk regularly and am not diabetic. I take lot of water as I feel too much thirst. Normally I get up 3-4 times during night for water. H-Pilory was positive n stool test done 5 months back and then completed anti biotic treatment for same. About 3 weeks back I visited a renown gastro Specialist and he gave following 4-weeks treatment:- (1) Tab omeprazole 20 mg and Tab Ganatol 50 mg before breakfast. (2) Tab towel (Levosulpiride) before lunch and dinner. (3) Syrup (Lilac) for constipation. Felt relief for initial 10 days and then problem reverted inspite of using the dose. Feeling some side effect of some medicines also (likely towel) ie drastic libido decrease, constipation and bloating still persist and rapid heart beat also. Please give me some wholesome treatment/remedy. Will be obliged.
