I have been asking this question from a we long time but drs here do not give a straight answer. Here is my question. That I suffer from menstrual pain which is sometimes quite unbearable if not always i have heard a lot about hempushpa can I take it but at the same time it has shatavari which increases estrogen in females n I have a history of breast cancer with my mother so is it safe to take it as I have read that increased estrogen levels in female increases the risk of breast cancer but at the same time I want to take any ayurvedic tonic which can help me with menstrual pain and please try to answer both my queries.
