Dear lybrateuser, - Memory power is dependent on intake of a well balanced diet including fruits, vegetables ( including green leafy ones), whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods - avoid fried, processed & junk foods - also sleep well for at least 6-7 hrs at night, try to keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - to keep weight under control have 4_5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, include a protein food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - do exercise like yoga, meditation in the house to control weight.
