I always sleep around 9: 00 or 10: 00 pm at night. But i am always wondering that I always wake up everyday around 4 am. And I cannot go back to sleep? What will I do. To have an enough sleep?

Dear Lybrateuser, - To have restful sleep keep active throughout the day - if you take an afternoon nap then should not be more than 20-30 min in the early afternoon, - try to sleep a little late by an hour or so - do not watch a gadget screen like TV, mobile or a computer at 1-2 hrs before bedtime instead read or listen to light music - avoid caffeine in the evening - have a light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime for proper digestion - also can take a walk for 5-10 min after dinner - do regular exercise like walking, yoga, meditation to relax mind & to keep the body fit for a restful sleep.
