I am having ankle pain, leg numbness followed by chest tightness and finally slight pain in chest and some time in back when sitting in office. These symptoms starts after 1 or 2 hours in the office. When I am out town I became completely fit. But problems start after coming to office. I do walking and running in every morning and feel completely refreshed. But as I go to office these problems start arriving. It started 4 months back with my heart rate increased to 110-120 for whole day. I had all cardiology test which was all fine. Doctor initially thought anxiety and gave me medication for that but there is no change in situation. I have a completely perfect life and no reason for anxiety and I love my job. When in other cities I feel no problem. Please suggest me what to do?
