How to stop and regain the grease in bones joint. I got grease problem in my left leg knee joint. It pains mostly at backside of the knee. While running and cycling pain increases. Even at times while having rest its starts paining. Pain is not permanent it's goes and comes. It has been more than 1 years facing this problem. Please suggest what to do and what not do.
