Hello lybrate-user, If the hearing loss has affected your hearing nerve then its mostly permanent, its difficult to say whether you will be able to recover this. Its better to start using a hearing device that is almost invisible and is completely inside the ear. Also, please follow steps to not let hearing deteriorate further. Thanks!
