Dr. I am 56 years and cardiac patient and coronary angiogram was done on 25.1.2012 and primary PTCA& standing to mid RCA wirh excel stent 2.75mmx18 mm.I am taking these regular medicine since Jan 2012. I.e. PROLOMET XL 50 MG Daily 1-1/2 and ECOSPRIN AV 150/20 MG Daily 0-0-1. Last month my lipid profile report is cholesterol. 111, triglyceride. 73, HDL cholesterol 39, ldl cholesterol 57, VLDL cholesterol 15, I am going regular walk daily 3 km. Recently I am joined in the Jim and do the regular exercise and lifting 2 to 5 kgs weight exercise 10 to 20 minutes every day and stop the walking after joined the jim today my b.p. 138/97. My question is I am do the lifting weights exercise r not, because if any problem for stent. And cholesterol condition is normal r not. Kindly clarify my questions. I am veg.
