My age is 53 years. For last about 25 years I have been facing a problem. There would be a cramp in my body in any place, mostly in either sides of the chest and hands together, in the event I get a jerk or stretch in the body. I would feel acute pain and It takes about 4/5 minutes to subside. Earlier it was not so frequent. But nowadays it happens so frequently, sometimes by simple stretches of hands or by small jerk in the body. I have no other ailment as such. Blood pressure is low (70/ 100) and suffer from acidity and have little stomach problem. Minus this cramp, I stay normal. But the cramps on minor stretch or jerk in the body has been crippled my mindset with fear of pain.
