Hello lybrate-user, Please don't get mislead by the advertisement. Teeth don't shine by using just a toothpaste. You should consult a dentist and take scaling and polishing. It will help to improve it. Then use homoeopathic toothpaste heclalava. Take vitamin C supplents. Avoid bad habits, Massage gums with Turmeric and Salt twice daily.
