Im suffering from gum bleeding for a year. I tried using extra soft brush, tooth powder hand brushing. Tried a doctor too. Now I have mouth odour. I need solution for stop my gum bleeding. My tooth became yellow in colour also got plaques on my tooth. Suggest me a solution. Im very shy to go to clinic.

If you want to have a right solution then kindly get scaling done and use a gum paint twice daily for 15 days. If you want to get rid of yellowishness from your teeth then get polishing or even bleaching along with scaling. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
