I a suffering from pain from last 4 years. The pain on right side. It's on the upper right half of my body that is below the rib cage. It's something like a burning sensation throughout my right body. Also it felt like something has put upon my right chest. Its very. Difficult to sleep on the right side. Also the pain on the right - leg, shoulder, face. Sometimes I have pain on back side.

This looks like blood pressure symptoms and also looks like gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and right shoulder. Drink hot water will also help you to get relived from the symptoms. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you don't improve.
