After answering call of nature, I do some yoga exercises, like kapalbhati lom vilom, leg neck shoulder, walking etc. With lom vilom, sufficient oxygen goes in, which breaks into water and when I feel urination, I do, brush take bath, do puja. It takes about three hours. By the time I am hungry, have good breakfast. I find with yogic exercises as above, there is no constipation and there is no need to drink water on empty stomach. I would like to have your expert opinion. Rgds.
