I am 27 years old male. I have mild stomach ache (discomfort. uneasiness that comes and goes) for 15 days. On 12th May morning, I observed my stool was completely black with intense smell. After that day, stomach ache starts. After that day no more black stool observed. When first time stomach ache observed (13th may early morning), I wake up with mild discomfort and fainted. That time I took Rabium dsr once. For the next 7 day mild discomfort (cramping) comes and goes. On 19 th may the cramping pain become intense at night for 6 hours. Again I took Rabium dsr once and become stable. Next day, I went to general physician. He prescribe Rabicip once daily and Ivoral forte once weak. Also told for stool test. Result was: F.BLOOD - NIL, ADULT PARASITE - NIL, SEGMENTS- NIL, MUCUS - PRESENT (+), OVA, RBC, CYST - NIL, pus cell - occasional, BACTERIA - PRESENT (+) etc. Now 15 days gone, but I experiencing mild stomach discomfort that comes and goes. Now. It feels like stomach ache and emptiness after long fasting feelings. Now what to do now? Please guide me.

You probably have a GI bleed. Go to an gastroenterologist and get a upper GI endoscopy to rule out bleeding ulcer or gastric erosion. Treatment depends on the endoscopy findings do not eat outside food do not skip meals.
