Hello have been advised to use soya bean naturally its powder how can I use it when have make, am a gym instructor and I need muscle and energy? Help me.

For using soybean, you can grind soy nuggets (Nutrella) in a grinder and mix it with normal wheat flour and have chapatis made out of it. You can also have sometimes nutri-nugget vegetable and whole wheat roti combination. Other sources of protein are milk,paneer, pulses , sprouts, nuts, eggs, chicken, fish. Have a balanced diet with more protein and less of carbs and fat.
