I have some injury in posterior pituitary. Latest mri shows no posterior signal with reduction in infundibulum thickening and small pituitary size. I have diabetes insipidus. My cbc report is normal. So is it possible to treat the pituitary with stem cells and regenerate the neurons in it?

Stem cell therapy is still in evolving phase and if you want to know more about it consult big research institutes like AIIMS.
