Sir I am 24 years old age but i am thin my weight is 55 kg. I want be fat & want TO gain weight but i'm unable to gain weight sir i always do my best for achieving weight but i'm unable too. so, please suggest me what I do. Sir the most important thing is i am pure vegetarian.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week.
