Cardiac chest pain is a left side pain which radiate to left side of arm. It generally increases on exertion and decreases on rest and sorbitrate. A non cardiac chest pain is pin point increases on taking deep breath or side turning. It is not related to exertion and can be momentary or long lasting and doesn't relieve on rest or taking sorbitrate. Now you have to decide whether you have cardiac pain or non cardiac pain. Moreover it is very unlikely you have cardiac pain. Treatment depends on features and symptoms.
