Is there any type of food we should avoid eating before bed? Like if I eat citrus fruits like kiwi or strawberry before going to bed in morning my stomach does feel healthy. So is there any pattern of eating food. Please guide.

Always have fruits after meal and best time for fruits is daytime not at night. during dinner you need salads that will be beneficial for your health. consult back for health related complaints.

One should avoid cooked & processed carbs late in the night and finish dinner before 8.30 PM. Fruits, salad, soup etc. Is fine.
