I want to lose weight. I want to lose 6 kg in 15 day. So pls give me the advice that what exercise I do. And what diet plan should I follow.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. Losing 6 kgs weight in 15 days isn't possible or safe. You will need at least 1-2 months to shed that much. For weight loss, you need to have a proper exercise schedule with a controlled diet. Make sure that you avoid oily food, junk, processed food as well as sweets. Eat only home cooked meals with 4 to 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily. Drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water. Have your dinner early and keep it light. We are here to guide you.
