Sir, My wife is having black spots on face after pregnancy, now it's 4 years and the block spots are spreading slowly slowly, she have take lots of medicine and cream but no relif. When she use creams and medicine the dark spots don't appear but as she stops with in on month they become more dark.

It's called melasma/chloasma. Tell her to apply a sunscreen regularly. It will atleast keep the spread of the pigmentation under check. There are other options like chemical peeling and Q switch laser to treat this condition. Generally a combination of therapies works best for this condition.
