My 2 month baby's temp. Is 39.2 degree Celsius after vaccination. Is it normal? I give him paracetamol syrup.

ya. with Dpt vaccination fever is there. u can give paracetamol drops.. usually required for 48 hrs. apply ice over vaccination site.
