I vomited & had loose motion suddenly yesterday and fainted for 15-20 minutes at about 4 pm Had given one O2 & two zofer 4 but still she vomited twice then zofer injection was given at about 7 pm along with alzyme 1 ganaton 1 econorm 1 Thereafter vomiting stopped but she vomited again at about 0030 She was then given two immodiums & one zofer 4 & one rifagut 550 Still she had 4 loose motion till morning & 3 since morning She has been given one alzyme one pan d one econorm & one rifagut at 11 in morning. And one zofer 4 & rifagut 550 at 230 Presently she is taking Pan 40 1 daily Rifagut 550 twice daily O 2. Twice daily Lomotil. One day + sos Her regular medicine is Nexito 10 1 daily rozavel. 10. 1 daily shelcal m. 1 daily She has been given electral in water about 1.5 ltr day and she has started passing urine in small quantity sine about 1 pm She is very weak & is wearing diapers because loose stool passes out without control Please advise the medicines to be given for relief I hope that with your kind advice she will recover.
