Good afternoon madam. My mother is suffering from black spots on under eye. Why It is spreading to cheeks.

Hi Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern but Black spots is a large term and it could be anything from black pigmentation to spots like freckles ,DPN etc If it black pigmentation you would require creams containing kojic acid ,Arbutin etc and a sunscreen If they turn out to be freckles DPN mole they need to be removed via radio frequency ablation Or lasers All these procedures are safe reliable and give satisfactory results Hope this helps In case of further query you can discuss with your photographs through lybrate Regards.
