I gave birth a baby boy on 20th Nov 2017. My mother feed milk qty is very less. I tried many medicines and galact powder to increase my milk but no improvement observed. Please suggest some way out to increase my breast milk.

Congratulations on your new arrival. Try tablet lactair or similar ones twice daily. More importantly eat healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of water. Rest well. Take iron and calcium supplements as prescribed by your doctor Baby and mum should be nursed in the same room. Cuddle your baby more often and think positive thoughts. Nurse the baby frequently which will help in increasing milk production. Good luck.

Take planty of fluid like water, cow milk, masur dal, etc.change your thought that you have enough milk for your baby, you think positive. U think about your baby. Stimulate your breast with comb below upward. Give massage over your back by striping method. Also take metoclopramide tab bid for 3 days. Also take calcium and iron tablets.
