I am 54 years. Male suffering from liver cirrhosis. I have not touched alcohol since more than 2 years. & regularly taking medicines for it. For vigour and vitality I should prefer Aloevera or which Chyavanprash. Please suggest. I have no BP & Blood Sugar.
