Sir, I have sciatica problem from last many years and I am using NSAID regularly sply in winter pain is un variable, also I feel like numbness in my sometimes in right leg and sometimes in left leg for which I can't stand for long time. I use to walk much before because of my profession but now it is really painful to walk long. I tried for physiotherapy traction but somebody told me to stop as its make the pain more. Please give me the best of the best Advice. Now a days I am not able to go for the job which again making me feel anxiety.
