Hi, You have to eat low calorie food and eat at regular intervals to lose weight. For a proper diet chart, we need to know your routine, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. Then we need to know your height in cms so that we can know your ideal body weight. By knowing all these, we will be able to give you a proper weight loss diet. Also we do not believe in starving and loosing weight.
