HI Respected doctor, How to reduce fat from the body as fast as possible without losing muscles? ? When I start losing fat I lose muscles and feel weak and when I start gaining muscles I gain fat so how can I deal with problem? Why this problem arises? ? What kind of exercises and nutrition can I prefer to solve the above problem? My height is about 5.11 ft or little higher than that and my weight is around 76.5 kg which is a standard weight I guess and then why I faces such issues? (above stated problem). Thank you.

This is a normal problem faced by everyone. For increasing only muscle weight, you should be very careful about your food intake. Your carb intake should be low, processed carbs in form of packed food, white sugar and oil should be zero or minimal. Your intake of protein rich foods should be high, along with strength exercises for atleast 45 mins daily.
