I have weight of 80 kgs. I want reduce my weight. I also want to burn Belly fat. Daily I can spend 40 min for exercise. I want to start from now. So please help me.

you can start up with running aur walk during the day. take high fiber and protein rich food in your breakfast. include all seasonal vegetables and fruits in your diet. take proper meal at every 2 hourly do check your body constitution and go for the specific plan as per your need
