I usually go gym for workout 3-4 days in a week but last 15 days I can not went because of pain & cramps in my shoulder, collar & back wings and if I drink water in day time I have to go for a pee after 30 min with clear colour urine tell me about both things briefly what to do or what to not .is it peeing after drinking water is okay or not .now days its winters.
