I did hand practice a lot, I was worried but later on I searched articles and all and found there are several myths masturbation cases this that and bla bla. I only experienced over excitement, fatigue and weakness some times which is reversible I think. So I reduced the frequency and now doing once in 15 days. Now what I do I Usually do kegel when I get chance also perform kegel during erection just to learn how to delay ejaculation. Just want to confirm if I just fantasies and during erection if I can do kegel exercise it is harmful any way?
